In the last 6 months the hygenist administered numbing gel in lieu of injection given that the sensitivity had diminished. this 7 days (for the first time in 30+ several years) my teeth were being cleaned w/o the assist of any numbing agent! I'm not skeptical. This item has worked for me. I recommend its' use inside your day by day regimen.Up right
